See how the team works →Harvest Hills is an established north Calgary community where buyers commonly need to separate the dominant 1990s detached-home supply from newer additions, attached options and low-rise apartment choices. The official 2021 Census profile counted 7,805 people in private households and 2,860 private households. Single-detached houses represented 76% of occupied private dwellings, while low-rise apartments represented 10%, row houses 9% and semi-detached homes 4%. The largest reported construction cohort was 1991 to 2000 at 72%, and 84% of private households were owner households. Those historical figures help frame the housing mix, but the practical decision still turns on the exact street, site, effective age, improvements, route exposure, title and current listing record.
Exact community-profile evidence is used for this guide. Historical Census context, current listing status and address-specific property evidence remain separate layers.
